We want everyone to have lots of fun on the boat but please don’t go “overboard” on the beers. Pacha reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whom they deem to be overly intoxicated. Again, BeGood and Pukka Up cannot intervene with or influence venue management decisions on the door and no refunds on tickets can be given.

Passengers on the boat cruise are reminded not to bring drinks with them. These will not be admitted on board and more valuable items ( ie champagne bottle ) must be checked in to be held by the crew until we land at 11pm.

The Silver Sturgeon departs Savoy Pier at 7.00pm prompt on 21 Oct.

Persons arriving within 15 mins of departure will only be allowed to board at the Captain’s discretion.

Latecomers will not be able to board once the ship is ready to leave.

No refunds can be given to latecomers and the cruise will not wait.

Neither BeGoodMusic, Pukka Up, nor Silver Fleet will be responsible for late passengers missing the function.

No ticket means no entry. Rights of admission reserved.

Passengers are responsible for their own travel to the after party. Comprehensive advice and directions are provided on these pages.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, BeGood and Pukka Up reserve the right to announce alterations in DJ line ups and locations on behalf of it’s co-promotion partners and Pacha. Any alterations to advertised bills will be equivalent or better and any alterations to travel plans will be carefully monitored to ensure that ticket holders are still able to easily access and return from specified venues. Any updates to the after parties will be clearly communicated to ticket holders on board the boats in the form of hand out leaflets upon entrance or exit.
